GD Modern Convention and Exhibition Management Co., Limited was established in May, 2006. It manages two venues which are the GD Modern International Exhibition Center (GDE) and the DongGuan International Exhibition Center. The total area of two Venues is nearly 150,000 square meters. Which are separate located in HouJie Town DongGuan city and Dong Guan city center.

GDMCEMC previously was GD Modern International Exhibition Center (GDE) which established in December, 2000.

At the moment, GDE has 5 specialized exhibition halls, providing 100,000 square meters indoor space, capable of holding 5,500 international standard booths, and providing nearly 110,000 square meters outdoor plaza. Inside the halls, ventilation system, electricity, gas and water supply are functionally installed. GDE is one of the largest exhibitions in Asia.

GDE takes in ISO9000 quality management system in 2003, provides “One-stop A+” service to its customers. GDE is awarded “Best Service Exhibition Venue” in the year 2003 and 2004. GDE is now a member of Hong Kong Exhibition and Convention Industry Association, China Association for Exhibition Centers and Guangdong General Chamber of Commerce. The Global Association of Exhibition Industry (UFI) accepts GDE as a full member in September 2004. Through 5 years development healthily; GDE becomes an abundant experience, high quality service management team, offering excellent exhibition service solution. Consequently, the city government decided to give authority to GDE to running the DongGuan international exhibition center in April, 2006. DongGuan International Exhibition Center is adjacent city government and city plaza. There is a beautiful scenery-- HuangQi mountain behind it. The display area nearly 50,000 square meters, providing nearly 22,900 square meters indoor exhibition space, capable of holding 1,200 international standard booths.
